Speedz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Speedz. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of speedz.com, including any mobile or mobile application version and any subdomains (together, "our site" or "our services"). By registering an account, completing the Speedz casino login register process, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we ask that you do not use our site.

Who We Are

Speedz is owned and operated by Ganadu Gaming Limited, a company incorporated and licensed to conduct gaming activity under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, registration number 2170093, with its registered office at PO Box 2283, Columbus Centre, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Otso Operations Limited, a company incorporated in Cyprus, registration number HE 471265, registered at Avlonos 1, Maria House, 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus, acts as a facilitating company on our behalf. Ganadu Gaming Limited remains fully responsible for the management of your wallet, your deposits and withdrawals, and the payment of local jackpots on the games we operate. We also present a second brand, Berriez Casino, on our site as part of the same operation. References throughout these Terms to "Group Brands" mean the products operated under the Ganadu Gaming Limited B2C licence.

Our Licence and Regulation

We are licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) under licence number 01003, issued on 4 June 2025. Our licence seal and an 18+ age mark are displayed in the footer of our site. We are certified to ISO 27001 information security standards, and we hold player funds in segregated designated bank accounts, which are protected in the event of our insolvency. These General Terms and Conditions are published as version 1.1, dated 12 June 2026, and our separate Bonus Terms are published as version 1.0, last updated 1 October 2025. Where our Terms are made available in more than one language, only the English-language version is legally binding, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

Eligibility, Registration and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction, to register a Speedz account or use our services. We may restrict access to all or part of our site from certain jurisdictions at our own discretion, and if you are resident outside our list of registration countries you may not be permitted access. We currently operate a global site alongside dedicated versions for Canada, French Canada, New Zealand and Finland, and our language switcher offers English, English (CA), English (NZ), Français (CA) and Suomi, including our Speedz casino NZ experience for players in New Zealand.

Only one account per person, household, IP address and computer device is permitted. When you complete your Speedz casino login register process, we carry out know-your-customer (KYC) checks, and we may request proof of identity, address, ownership of payment methods and source of funds at any time, including before or after a withdrawal request.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies

We accept payments in EUR. If your bank or e-wallet account is held in a different currency, your funds are converted to EUR before being credited to your account, and withdrawals are paid in EUR and converted back by your own bank or e-wallet, with any exchange premiums payable by you. All deposit and withdrawal minimums and limits stated in these Terms are expressed in EUR.

Deposits

The minimum deposit is EUR 10 across MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cashlib and PaysafeCard. We do not accept bank transfer for deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your account within one minute of confirmation, though charges may apply depending on the method you select or your own payment provider.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20 across e-wallets and bank transfer; credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cashlib and PaysafeCard are not available for withdrawals. We generally pay withdrawals using the same method used for your deposit, and we reserve the right to enforce this closed-loop approach, to require a particular withdrawal method, or to pay directly to your registered bank account. We only pay winnings to the account holder in whose name the account is registered, and we do not accept withdrawal requests by telephone or e-mail. For winnings exceeding EUR 50,000, we reserve the right to pay in instalments of up to EUR 10,000 per day, EUR 25,000 per week or EUR 100,000 per month; VIP players may qualify for exceptional limits. We review a withdrawal request within three days, and additional verification applies to any transaction, or cumulative transactions, exceeding the equivalent of EUR 10,000.

We apply a monthly inactivity fee of EUR 5.00 to accounts holding a real-money balance with no login for over 12 months, deducted until the balance reaches zero, with at least 30 days' notice given in advance. Logging in reactivates your account and stops the fee. Our maximum liability arising from your use of our site is capped at EUR 100.

Games We Offer

Our Speedz online casino features slots, live casino, table games and video poker from providers including Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft and NetEnt, with live tables streamed 24/7 by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, multiplier games and popular game shows. We operate local jackpots through Ganadu Gaming Limited, and jackpot contributions are itemised within our daily cashback calculation. We do not offer sportsbook services; our services are limited to casino gaming. We do not operate a no-account casino model — registration, a verified member account and completed KYC checks are required before you may deposit or place a bet.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time we offer promotions such as our Welcome Offer, daily cashback, reload bonuses and free spin campaigns. Any Speedz no deposit bonus, Speedz bonus code, or other promotional offer we publish is governed by our separate Bonus Terms, which form part of these Terms by reference. We do not currently publish a Speedz casino no deposit bonus on our site; please refer to our Promotions page and our Bonus Terms for current, accurate offers, including any applicable Speedz casino login bonus codes. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, computer or IP address unless we state otherwise, and we may forfeit a bonus and any related winnings if our bonus rules or wagering requirements are not met.

Fair Use, Prohibited Conduct and VPN Use

We prohibit the use of a VPN or similar technology to circumvent region-based access restrictions on our site, and we reserve the right to terminate any account found to be using one. Where an account is found to have circumvented our systems, we will transfer any accrued winnings to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in accordance with applicable law. We also prohibit collusion between accounts, risk-free hedging strategies and any attempt to exploit our promotions, cashback formula or game weighting in bad faith.

We note, for clarity, that any third-party reference to a "Speedz Master shipping login" is unrelated to our gaming platform and does not form part of our services or these Terms.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us at complaints@speedz.com. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may escalate it directly to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission no earlier than seven days and no later than six months after the issue first arose. You may also submit a comprehensive self-exclusion request covering all KGC-licensed platforms directly to the regulator. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of our site or these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our licence obligations, or applicable law. We recommend that you review this page periodically. Continued use of your Speedz account, including your Speedz casino login, after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
